Emory Knoll Farms is a Maryland Benefit Corporation.
In 2010, Emory Knoll Farms became one of the first companies in Maryland to be designated as a Maryland Benefit Corporation. This means that the company and the state of Maryland recognize a part of our mission is to provide a general public (environmental and social) benefit.
One requirement of this designation is that we provide an annual report on the benefits we provide. This report is to be based upon an independent, 3rd-party assessment instrument. We have chosen to use the assessment tool provided by B Corp. Our annual reports are available below:
