Description

A US Native found through the southern US to Central America. Can be used as a self-sowing annual above its hardiness zone, but this plant will only germinate in areas of open medium, eventually disappearing as the roof becomes fully covered. This species features larger, flatter leaves than other Talinum species, with a hot pink flower. Clusters of round, dark red seed pods follow and add quite a bit of ornamental interest. This plant can grow over two feet tall and over a foot wide. Best to treat as an accent. This is a custom order plant. Please contact the office for lead times.
